Program Purpose
The City of North Richland Hills is reinvesting in its neighborhoods by offering volunteer assistance and cash rebates to help qualified residents make needed home repairs.

Eligible Areas
The Neighborhood Initiative Program is now accepting applications for Area #3. This includes neighborhoods east of Rufe Snow Drive and west of Smithfield Road, between Mid-Cities and Chapman. Please read our letter to residents for more details. We are also still accepting applications from Areas #1 and #2, which consist of North Richland Hills neighborhoods located inside Loop 820.
