Billing Cycle
City of North Richland Hills utility bills are sent out once a month in eight cycles. The bill date will fall on a Tuesday or Friday, depending on what area of town you live in. The bill is due 20 calendar days after the bill date. A late charge of 10% will be applied to all accounts that become delinquent. The minimum charge for residential accounts is $2.50 and $15 for commercial customers. Senior citizens are exempt from penalties.

Payment Options
Pay or view your bill online. Any payments made after 5:00 p.m. will be processed the next day.

By Phone
The telephone payment system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To pay your bill by phone, please call 817-427-6318.

By Mail
To pay your bill by mail, please use the envelope included with your bill. Please enclose the bottom portion of your bill along with a personal check or money order:

In Person at City Hall
Payments can be made in person at the Utility Customer Service Office, on the first floor of City Hall:

A drive-through window is open to receive payments on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The window is open on Wednesday until 6:30 p.m.

At Fidelity Express
Customers can pay their water bill in person at nearly 20 Fidelity Express pay stations. The cost of the service is $1.50 per transaction. These walk-in locations accept cash, check or money orders. View a list of authorized Fidelity Express payments sites.

By Bank Draft
To sign up for bank drafting, please complete the bank draft form and mail it with a voided check to:
