Concession Stands & Seasonal Food Service
Concession stands and seasonal food service are establishments that operate for no more than four consecutive months (120 days in a 12-month calendar year). Concession stand operators must apply for a health permit and obtain a health inspection each season. The coordinator must attend the North Richland Hills food handler class.
