The City of North Richland Hills' R-SPIRIT Core Values Program represents the
core values that the City Council and all employees adhere to. These values
include:
NRH employees are recognized for incorporating these values into their daily
activities with "On-the-Spot Awards," which are presented throughout the year
by directors and supervisors. Employees may also be nominated by their peers
