Patrick Hillis - Director of Human Resources
Patrick has over 13 years of experience in the field of municipal human resources and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Abilene Christian University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Dallas. Patrick holds the Professional in Human Resources designation and the International Personnel Management Professional Certification. Patrick was appointed as Director of Human Resources for the City in December 2000 and also serves as the City's Civil Service Director.

Cameron Rowland - Assistant Director of Human Resources
Cameron has over 11 years of experience in the field of municipal human resources and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Texas A&M University as well as a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Dallas. Cameron holds the Professional in Human Resources designation and the Certified Compensation Professional Designation from the World at Work Professional Association. Cameron's main responsibilities are in the areas of benefits administration, risk management, and employee relations.

James Edwards - Human Resources Analyst
James graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and has over eight years of experience in municipal human resources. James is responsible for the areas of employment, compensation, civil service and payroll.
