North Richland Hills residents have logged more than 20 million steps
as part of the Mayor’s Health & Fitness Initiative! Fit District
results through August 3, 2010 were:
Red 6,605,337 steps
Blue 5,090,369 steps
Orange 2,300,002 steps
Yellow 2,274,313 steps
Purple 830,849 steps
Green 460,714 steps
Please check back each month to see the latest results. At the
end of 2010, the Fit District with the most steps logged will
be recognized as the “Fittest District” within NRH!

The City of North Richland Hills is partnering with the American
Heart Association to help residents and districts track their progress.
To join your Fit District team online and begin logging your activity
visit
www.mystartonline.org.
TIPS
- Be sure to list City of North Richland Hills as your “company” and list your Fit District color as your “team name”.
- Also, check the first box which allows the “employer” to see your name/activity so we may calculate the steps for each Fit District.
Once registered, this free site allows you to log and track your
daily activity and join others on the path to wellness.

your family members, friends, neighbors and coworkers to join you
on your path to better health. Support your Fit District’s efforts
by wearing your district color when you are walking in your neighborhood
and attending the Mayor’s Fun Walk and other fitness activities.

Richland Hills residents, as well as local businesses. If you work in North
Richland Hills, but do not live here, simply use your business address to
determine your Fit District.
The purchase of a Mayor’s Health & Fitness Initiative T-shirt is optional.
